SOC 2 Type II
We are excited to share another significant milestone in our commitment to unparalleled security and reliability. As of January 31, 2024, Paragon has successfully attained SOC 2 Type II certification, issued by Smart Accountants LLC with 100% compliance and no unusual findings.
Type II is a more rigorous process than Type I as it requires evaluating all of the controls over many months instead of just a single point in time like their prior Type I certification, and this validates the work we’ve put in to provide the highest standard of security for our customers.
While we have always offered on-premise deployment options for those seeking enterprise-grade security within their own infrastructure, our SOC 2 Type II certification guarantees the same high level of security for companies on cloud deployments.
