
Powering the integrations in Popl's Digital Business Card platform
Popl provides a virtual business card app that enables users to quickly share or receive contact information via a mobile application. While they started with Outlook/Google contact integrations, they've focused their product on sales and recruiting use cases, which have led to CRM and HRIS integrations becoming critical.

With the CRM integrations built on Paragon, sales team can sync leads and activities captured through Popl's digital business card mobile app with their CRM.

Given that Popl sells to enterprise companies, it was important for them to enable each end-user to supply their own field mapping configurations, including custom fields.

Here’s a screenshot of the out-of-the-box field mapping and user settings that Popl surfaces to their users via the Connect Portal. This enables users to customize the behavior of the integration while relying on the same underlying workflow logic.
