Introducing Paragon 2.0
As of today, Paragon is no longer an embedded iPaaS company. It is the integration infrastructure for B2B & AI products, with purpose-built products to solve every integration use case.

Today I'm excited to share the biggest announcement in our company's history: the launch of Paragon 2.0—the integration infrastructure built for AI products.
Why We Rebuilt Our Platform
When we started Paragon, we set out to make native integrations painless for SaaS companies. Over the past five years, we built what has become the leading developer-native embedded iPaaS, helping hundreds of companies integrate their products with the SaaS ecosystem.
But over the past year, the software landscape has evolved rapidly. AI has moved from experimental to essential, with every company now integrating AI capabilities into their core products. However, teams are quickly realizing that simply wrapping an LLM isn't enough. Modern software products—whether AI-powered or traditional—need to seamlessly access their users' business context and enable sophisticated automations.
As we worked with our customers to solve these new challenges, it became clear that existing integration solutions, including our own, weren't designed for the demands of today's software products.
Integrations in a post-AI world
Today's AI products face fundamentally different integration requirements than products built even two years ago. There are two critical capabilities that these modern products must deliver:
Deep data ingestion to understand and contextualize user information with proper access controls on that data (essential for AI features like RAG, but valuable for any data-driven product)
Real-time actions to automate work on behalf of users (whether through AI agents or traditional automation)
Over the past year, development teams have been forced to choose between embedded iPaaS and unified APIs, but each approach created significant tradeoffs:
Embedded iPaaS solutions were designed for asynchronous workflows and isn’t not optimal for synchronous (real-time) or high-volume use cases. While powerful for complex logic, they required building multiple workflows for every integration, making large-scale data ingestion resource-intensive.
Unified APIs provided quick access to many integrations at once, but proved severely limiting as category and integration coverage was limited and workarounds were needed more often than not.
Neither approach fully addresses what modern software and AI products need: performant data ingestion at scale, real-time synchronous actions, seamless handling of both structured and unstructured data, and the flexibility to support any use case.
Introducing Paragon 2.0
Rather than force developers to choose between approaches, we decided to rebuild our platform to support every integration use case modern software products require.
Paragon 2.0 delivers what developers building today's products actually need:
An all-in-one platform that solves universal integration challenges—authentication, monitoring, rate limiting, and enterprise-grade infrastructure that can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud.
An extensible connector framework designed to support any API, any data type, and any authentication model, so you're never constrained by platform limitations.
Purpose-built products for every integration pattern, eliminating the need to compromise on developer experience or performance for different use cases.
The Complete Integration Suite

We're launching Paragon 2.0 with three specialized products that work together seamlessly:
Managed Sync for normalized, high-volume data ingestion and access control for RAG implementations (follow us on LinkedIn and X to join the launch this week).
ActionKit for real-time, synchronous actions that can be used by AI agents, AI workflow products - available over API with full MCP compatibility.
Workflows for orchestrating asynchronous integration jobs in Paragraph, our Typescript framework, or in our low-code visual editor.
All three products are built on Paragon's battle-tested infrastructure that scales from startups to enterprises, with the monitoring, security, and reliability features that production software demands.
The Future Starts Now
As software evolves, so must the paradigm for integrations and the platforms that power them. We believe the future belongs to software products that can seamlessly understand and act within their users' existing workflows—and Paragon 2.0 is the integration infrastructure that makes this possible.
This isn't just an evolution of our platform; it is the next phase of integration infrastructure for the future of AI-native software.
